This is a short page because there is little to tell. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing about you unless you write to us.
What this site collects
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the enquiry category you choose and your message.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email through Amazon SES infrastructure and are not stored on this website. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no third-party script and no externally hosted font. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Standard server request logs, including IP addresses, are kept for security and operational reasons. We do not combine those logs with anything else and we do not use them to identify visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email records for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and to keep a reasonable business record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply.
Who is responsible
Etnika Group Limited is the controller for the data described on this page. Enquiries may be handled by other companies within the same Group.
