Founder and CEO of Etnika Group and Managing Partner of Orca Group, with 15+ years of experience in international home retail and the development of large-scale retail operations.
Today based in Warsaw, he is focused on building Etnika while still travelling extensively around the world for product development, sourcing and the group’s international activities.

25+ years leading Supply Chain & Logistics operations in retail and furniture (Pepco, Black Red White, Steinhoff), specializing in multi-site warehousing, 3PL partnerships, and ERP-driven process optimization.
Agnieszka Chybowska
Compliance
Oversees product and sourcing compliance across Etnika’s global supplier network, ensuring products meet applicable standards and requirements. Works closely with sourcing teams and suppliers to embed quality and compliance throughout the procurement process.
Firas Al-Hasasneh
Supply Chain & Operations
10+ years of supply chain experience with Orca Group, including building Turkey sourcing operations from scratch into a fully running sourcing hub, with deep expertise in container consolidation and shipment management at scale.
Mina Habib
Facilities & Projects
Leads the delivery and development of Etnika’s physical environments, coordinating projects from concept through execution. Ensures every space reflects the Group’s standards for quality, functionality and design.
