The Group
Etnika Group Limited was established in Malta in 2025 to hold and build an international home and lifestyle retail platform. The Group combines global sourcing capabilities, local retail execution and decades of operating experience.
Present in Malta, Dubai and Warsaw, the Group is developing Etnika in Poland as the foundation for broader expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
Behind it are shareholders with more than 25 years of operating experience in large-scale retail. That experience set the shape of the Group from the beginning: strategy and capital held in one place, sourcing built as a platform of its own, and retail execution kept close to the customer.

The first market
Poland is where the model is being built first. The Warsaw platform carries the Group’s initial retail footprint of 5,000 m² across three formats, supplied by the Group’s own sourcing platform and run by the team on the ground.
